Approch
The build started with close collaboration alongside pharmacy staff to understand daily order volume and existing workarounds. A structured CMS was configured to manage inventory and order status, then connected to a lightweight delivery tracking system. Every workflow was tested against real order scenarios before rollout.
Solution
A structured CMS-driven platform that gives pharmacies a simple order queue and gives patients real-time delivery status, replacing manual phone coordination with a system both sides can rely on.
